  • Safeguarding records: As required by applicable safeguarding legislation (may exceed standard retention periods)

  • Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn, plus 1 year thereafter

  • Website enquiry data: 12 months from the date of enquiry

At the end of the applicable retention period, we securely delete or anonymise your personal data.
